Let's talk about generic sickness

Let's talk about generic sickness

Most of the people I encounter in my sustainable lifestyle journey are: first is sickness of pride; and the other is thriftiness disease.
A gorgeous lifestyle.
Pride and Thriftiness in One. Every time I take chances sharing what I knew about lifestyle, business and finances, and especially health topics, the people I cared for, aren't too open for ideas. I always say that money is just temporary and what is now is more important. Our life is brittle and our health has no price. We all need to save money for the future, but we always tend to forget investing in what we utilize to build our riches to forever, which is our fragile body. We do not like investing for ourselves now because we care more for what is tomorrow. My point is, save but do not compromise what is now!

Let's take the example of our health status. We always forget to feed and nourish our bodies and don't buy ourselves vitamins, healthy food because we most think it's too expensive... And can't even afford to buy fresh fruits and veggies for a typical salad. And then suddenly, an unknown sickness came, diagnosed with a severe disease, in some cases, an illness that may put your life at high risk. And we get to gather all the wealth we've saved, and certainly give it to that hospital for treatment. We will of course, make all the possible way to make all things stable, we must. But in the first place, if we have taken good care of our selves, and if we just knew how we can maximize our good health and the money we've saved, things will be better.

Pride and Thriftiness in one. Let's be open for new knowledge and ideas and let us start investing in our health, right now.

A 29 year old local designer and make up artist Ralph Roderick John Pareja from Poblacion Ilaya, Passi City, Iloilo stunned many netizens of his creativity and ideas. He fascinatingly created various and interesting designs of face mask amidst of corona virus disease 2019 (COVID19) scare.

Effectively making use of time while staying at home could mean so many things in our lives. While most people are probably enjoying movies and Korean series via Netflix and some are maybe recording videos for TikTok, this young artist of Passi, Iloilo was productively satisfying himself by making unique, funky and extravagant art pieces.

He accepted that his life became extra boring right after the announcement of Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) due of COVID19. Everyone is mandated to stay at home and firmly cooperate with the instructions to help make the work of LGUs, volunteers and front liners lighter. Instead of becoming less, he decided to conceptualize and create something unique and nic…

Travel: Lovely Rosma Pebbled Cove Resort, San Joaquin Iloilo

What can we make if we talk to God in a peaceful place?
A millenial like me would always want something fun and nice after many days of hectic schedule. I could just frown if I am rushed and pressured by others; to live life fast is something I persoanlly don't like. I don't want to compete with time. I believe that life must be enjoyed slowly.
Traveling is my medicine. It is my way to improve my self. It is one best way to I reflect and thank God, how He made my life so beautiful and perfect. Oh, how I love His gift these days and forever; the "luxury of time". Now, I can definitely say yes to most opportunities coming my way. I have been traveling for free, and more free trips coming my way.

I still can't forget my trip with my friends at Rosma Pebbled Cove Resort in San Joaquin. God really knows when to give a day for rest and fun. It was a quick getaway, but that day was filled with so much fun and so many good memories to keep. In addition, Rosma Pebbled Co…
