Cafe y Bicicleta Iloilo
Cafe y Bicicleta Iloilo is a mobile coffee stand that serves local coffee in Iloilo. This innovative business idea was well-supported by the Ilonggos and the cycling community. Ron Iverson Ledesma and Jose Gabriel Cumal, the young entrepreneurs operating the venture, were first seen in a waiting shed along Diversion Road, Mandurriao Iloilo with their bicycles serving coffee.

Recently, the mobile coffee stand on a bike was spotted brewing and selling robusta coffee to the spectators and participants of the 2nd Skateboarding Tournament by Mayor Jerry P. Trenas at Iloilo City Skate Park last January 30, 2021.
The process for each cup of coffee
The two young men carry a portable butane burner, purified drinking water on a jug, an aluminum kettle, coffee beans, cups, and a coffee grinder. Just like the usual process, the barista boils water and brews the freshly ground coffee beans on a strainer directly dripped unto the cup that makes a perfect coffee.
Location and Schedule
In an empty waiting shed along Diversion Road/Benigno Aquino Highway, Mandurriao, Iloilo City from 6 AM - 9 AM, daily in ideal weather.

Despite all the limitations, the barista manages to grind and brew at the moment in order to serve the coffee to the customers fresh and hot.
