Sue's Cake Gallery is located on Lower Ground Floor Northwing, SM City Iloilo, near the elevator in the Northwing Event Center.

This special ensaymada is tender, lightly sweet, and fluffy with sugar and cheese on top. It is an ideal snack and a perfect pair for your brewed coffee. These are available in retail and also in boxes (box of 6), usually come in smaller sizes ideal as pasalubong for your loved ones waiting for you at home.

Buko Royalle bars are not overly sweet confections generally made of coconut meat and milk. This is an Ilonggo favorite because of its natural tasting combination without overpowering any of the food you choose to eat with it. It tastes refreshing and milky at the same time, which makes it a winner for the Ilonggos even for grown-ups with sugar issues.
